Entrée: House-baked bread with assorted dips
Starter: Tafelspitz terrine with lamb’s lettuce, pumpkin seed oil, sour cream, and pickled red onions
Soup: Rich Tafelspitz consommé with root vegetables and crêpe roulade
Main course: Poached Simmental Tafelspitz, served with parsley potatoes, apple horseradish, creamed spinach, and classic chive sauce
Dessert: Freshly baked Kaiserschmarrn with plum compote and house-made pumpkin seed parfait
