Immerse yourselves in the world of Viennese culinary art and experience a traditional menu, written just for you and for Empress Elisabeth. Franz Joseph elevated boiled beef to great prominence by declaring it his favourite dish. Through Vienna’s characteristically refined butchery, the city gained international renown at an early stage. Among all the cuts, the Tafelspitz is without doubt the most distinguished and celebrated. We look forward to your reservation!

The Menu:

Entrée: House-baked bread with assorted dips

Starter: Tafelspitz terrine with lamb’s lettuce, pumpkin seed oil, sour cream, and pickled red onions

Soup: Rich Tafelspitz consommé with root vegetables and crêpe roulade

Main course: Poached Simmental Tafelspitz, served with parsley potatoes, apple horseradish, creamed spinach, and classic chive sauce

Dessert: Freshly baked Kaiserschmarrn with plum compote and house-made pumpkin seed parfait
