The ingredients for our dishes are freshly sourced every day from the markets in the surrounding area and selected regional traders. Our cuisine, therefore, always has a strong seasonal focus. Choose between our “gourmet menu” and the “gourmet vegetarian menu”, or order à la carte – gladly also gluten or lactose-free: each dish combines our passion for exciting compositions and the desire to improvise spontaneously.
