A team of the young school: A young, well-coordinated crew of culinary enthusiasts and gastronomic visionaries looks after the well-being of our guests in the restaurant and hotel: All have completed their training at the Hardthaus. Some have returned after several spells in other restaurants. Others have stayed right here. One team, one school. That is rare. And that makes us proud.

What characterises our team spirit: a good pinch of creativity, a casual approach without hierarchical thinking, a willingness to experiment, close cooperation and plenty of room to discover new things. The result: a kitchen that does many things differently and keeps getting better.
