Your responsibilities:
- Preparation of mise en place considering restaurant occupancy and planned events
- Professional preparation, cooking, plating and presentation of all dishes in à la carte service and for menus
- Planning and execution of your station duties
- Working in accordance with food cost guidelines
- Ordering and purchasing food in cooperation with the head chef
- Implementation and monitoring of hygiene regulations according to HACCP
- Proper storage of all food items

Apprenticeship compensation (gross):
1st year of training: 1,100 euros
2nd year of training: 1,250 euros
3rd year of training: 1,300 euros
