Your responsibilities:

  • Preparation of mise en place considering restaurant occupancy and planned events
  • Professional preparation, cooking, plating and presentation of all dishes in à la carte service and for menus
  • Planning and execution of your station duties
  • Working in accordance with food cost guidelines
  • Ordering and purchasing food in cooperation with the head chef
  • Implementation and monitoring of hygiene regulations according to HACCP
  • Proper storage of all food items

Apprenticeship compensation (gross):

1st year of training: 1,100 euros

2nd year of training: 1,250 euros
