Italian flair on the market square, Spanish soul on the plate \u2014 we look forward to welcoming you!<\/p>\n<h2>The Menu:<\/h2>\n<p>Starter: Pan con Tomate &#8220;Andalusia&#8221; \u2014 Crispy sourdough bread with fruity tomato pulp, first-class Picualia olive oil, and wafer-thin, aged Jam\u00f3n Ib\u00e9rico<\/p>\n<p>Intermediate course: Gazpacho &#8220;Moderne&#8221; \u2014 Refreshing Spanish summer soup, elegantly finished with aged sherry vinegar and a delicate white tomato espuma<\/p>\n<p>Main course from the live kitchen: Traditional paella, prepared fresh before your eyes directly in the giant pan. A refined interplay of noble monkfish, langoustine, succulent poularde breast, and spiced chorizo.
