In the Hardthaus cooking school you will learn how to prepare a wide variety of food and dishes, from preparing fish, meat, game and vegetables to making soups, sauces and dressings. Get to know international cuisine and prepare dishes from Italy, France, Thailand and Australia, for example.
Course of a cooking school
Learning from 12:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m
The participants meet at 12:00 p.m. in the Hardthaus for a welcome aperitif. Afterwards, the respective dishes for the evening menu are prepared with the Hardthaus team. Tips, techniques and culinary art are conveyed, which are always tailored to the respective topic.
At 7:00 p.m. the participants meet again in the Hardthaus
You will enjoy the gourmet menu with all accompanying drinks such as aperitif, digestif and coffee.
